Starting a return or exchange
Email contact@ashwickers.com with your order number and your request. The product must be unused beyond reasonable inspection and, if possible, kept in its original packaging.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Share your order number and clear photos showing the problem. For faster support, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery; this recommendation does not limit your legal rights. Where applicable, the process for a free exchange or a full refund will be started.
Refund payments
After the returned product has been inspected, you will be notified of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are completed through the same payment channel, depending on the processing time of your payment method.
