If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@ashwickers.com with your order number and photographs clearly showing the damage.
You will not be charged any return or shipping fee for a damaged product. Depending on your preference and product availability, we will either send a replacement free of charge or immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method.
